@Oberseestraße 110, 13055 Berlin
In the East Berlin neighbourhood of Alt-Hohenschönhausen, we are growing a cooperative living project—a deliberate architecture of shared life at controlled rents. The location: close to Lake Obersee and the Orankesee lido, yet firmly wired into the vibe of Berlin.
With a crew of dedicated individuals, we founded the housing cooperative Die Kurve eG (The Curve) in 2024. At Oberseestraße 110, we are building apartments of different sizes accessible to those holding a WBS220 housing entitlement certificate. What that means: cooperative members will later inhabit rent-regulated units—affordable, durable, non-speculative. Move-in date is early 2028.
The building features four shared communal rooms—resources to be co-governed, open to all cooperative members. Our cooperative ecosystem is loosely based on Sociocracy and Microsolidarity principles.
3-person units (orange) and 4-person units (blue) are still available. Details in German on the project site: https://www.urbancoopberlin.de/projekte/oberseestrasse-110/
